By way of introduction ...

This blog is a place to talk about my love of all things dansk, and hopefully before too long, actually document my move, and the things that happen to me when i get there.
I don't know yet whether this blog will be mostly written in English, or Danish, or a mixture.
As a start, i'm going to post something i wrote last week for my Danish teacher, who asked me to write about my experience of Danish so far. I begin lessons next week. I feel very pleased with myself for writing all this without using Google Translate. I know there are errors, i am not looking for corrections, but it's a good indication of roughly where i am after about a year learning Danish on Duolingo and Babbel.
